French Football Weekly: Episode 8

The French Football Weekly podcast returns, as does Andrew Gibney following his recent marital excursion to Jamaica.

This week, Chris and Andrew doff their hats once again to Lille as Les Dogues stay top of the Ligue 1 table with yet another win. Marseille are keeping up the pressure though, which is more than can be said for the likes of Rennes, Lyon and PSG who all had disappointing weekends.

At the other end of the table, Monaco picked up a vital three points but the threat of relegation still looms large. Are Monaco set for a long slide down the leagues if they fail to stay up? The worst case scenario is considered in the podcast, as well as a rather strange away kit for the French national team...
